Supplement Pick-Up: Call/text 402-881-1563 as office hours may vary. Supplement orders will continue during maternity leave. Please plan ahead and order 2-3 months of supplements.

Cancellation Policy: 48 business hours notice is required to avoid cancellation fees.

Maternity Leave Update: Dr. Gurbacki is expecting a baby in <1 month and will begin maternity leave when labor starts. If labor begins before your appointment, we will notify you by text - all appointments will be canceled until further notice. Dr. Gurbacki will reach out to you to reschedule when ready. We appreciate your patience as response times may be delayed while Dr. Gurbacki recovers.

Functional Medicine: We are accepting new patients. Review of findings appointments may be delayed to 6-8 weeks at this time. During maternity leave, Dr. Gurbacki will continue seeing functional medicine patients via Telehealth as recovery and family needs allow. Schedule a free phone consult online or text 402-881-1563. A waitlist is available if scheduling is limited.

New Chiropractic & Acupuncture Patients: We are not accepting new patients at this time but are happy to provide referrals to trusted local providers.

Established Chiropractic/Acupuncture Patients: Dr. Gurbacki plans to see patients until labor begins or she is no longer comfortable practicing. Limited chiropractic coverage will be available during maternity leave - text 402-881-1563 for scheduling.

Coming this fall: Animal chiropractic services for small animals and horses will be available after Dr. Gurbacki returns.

Dr. Julie Gurbacki DC, CSCS

Dr. Julie Gurbacki, DC, CSCS, is the owner and operator of Revitalign Wellness. She enjoys treating patients of all ages, including adults, athletic populations, pregnant mothers, babies and kids. She utilizes a multitude of techniques for individualized care, including: full-spine Diversified, Thompson drop, Activator, Tonal, Flexion-Distraction and is certified in the Webster Technique (a specific technique great for pregnancy). Other techniques she has been trained in include: Kairos and Neuro-Emotional Technique. Dr. Julie also has advanced training in functional medicine, soft tissue techniques, rehabilitation, extremity adjustments, nutrition, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, acupuncture and dry-needling.

Dr. Julie’s attended Creighton University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS).

In 2019, Dr. Julie moved to Daytona Beach, FL, for chiropractic school at Palmer College of Chiropractic. Throughout her clinical experience in chiropractic college, she worked with athletic teams at a local Division I University. Shortly after graduation, she moved back home to Omaha and opened her own chiropractic practice. She has now been treating the greater-Omaha community for over two plus years!

She recently got married and in her spare time, enjoys being outside, working out and spending time with family, friends and their dogs!
